Shipping Process: 7 Steps

Step 4: Container Loading

FCL (Full Container Load) is recommended for orders over 15 CBM. LCL (Less than Container Load) works for smaller shipments but costs more per CBM.

Step 5: Customs Clearance at Destination

Submit documents 5 days before vessel arrival. Saudi Arabia uses the FALAH system; UAE has port-specific procedures.

Step 6: Pay Duties & Taxes

Saudi Arabia: typically 5% customs duty on building materials. UAE: 5% import duty at Jebel Ali.

Step 7: Take Delivery

Options: port pickup, warehouse delivery, or direct to construction site.
